Our Team
Partners Barry and Jocelyn met over a decade ago while working for the same construction company in downtown Oakland. Their love of construction and the uniqueness of each project has them enjoying every work day.

Barry Reite
Barry’s father, Ted Reite, was a carpenter, so naturally Barry grew up watching and learning the skill from a very young age. When he was old enough to work on the weekends, Ted let him join his crew to earn money for a new BMX bike. Barry learned at a young age to work hard for the things you want. He learned to go the extra mile and to always be available.
In his free time, he enjoys riding bicycles with his children, running, riding dirt bikes, and BBQing.

Jocelyn Reite
Jocelyn went to school to be a teacher, but life’s path took her down a different path in the construction field. She enjoys getting to know the clients and is very responsive.
In her free time, she loves to travel, cook, create art projects with her children and being in nature. She’s actively involved with Rotary Club of Pleasant Hill and enjoys it when the whole family gets to volunteer together
